RESÍDUOS APLICADOS À EXECUÇÃO DE BASES E SUB-BASES DE INFRAESTRUTURA RODOVIÁRIA

Resumo

O trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os estudos de caso referentes ao emprego de diferentes agregados reciclados e de resíduos industriais aplicados em infraestrutura rodoviária, especialmente nas camadas de base e sub-base de pavimentos. A revisão da literatura foi realizada com foco em 20 artigos científicos internacionais selecionados pelo mapeamento sistemático da literatura. Avaliou-se a grande diversidade da utilização de materiais que estão sendo incorporados à infraestrutura rodoviária, os seus aspectos técnicos e os benefícios para o desenvolvimento sustentável. Observou-se que, apesar dos resultados positivos e do conhecimento adquirido ao longo dos anos nesses estudos exploratórios, há uma considerável subutilização de agregados reciclados e de resíduos da indústria. A maior parte dos estudos encontrados são de caráter experimental e sem aplicações in loco.
